At StopBy Nail Lounge, customer and our staffs will follow below policies to ensure our warm-welcome, friendly salon.

Appointments

Walk-ins are always welcome. We recommend booking appointments in advance so that we may accommodate your requests. The appointment is available when you call us at 615-614-1314 or you can book it online. Book Appointment

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to relax and enjoy complimentary beverages prior to your service.

Please notify us in the event that you are late. We will try our best to accommodate the full service but we cannot guarantee due to the potential time restraints.

Please contact our salon to make a specific reservation and/or request. A credit card is required to secure your appointment. You may pay for your services on the day of your appointment with cash, credit card, or gift card.

Cancellations

We require that cancellations be made 24 hours in advance.

Pricing

StopBy Nail Lounge reserves the right to revise, discontinue, or adjust prices and services without prior notification.

Gratuities

Service prices do not include gratuity. Complimentary tipping is left to the discretion of our guests.

Gift Cards

StopBy Nail Lounge Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to secure an appointment or pay no-show penalties or gratuity.

Payment

StopBy Nail Lounge welcomes Cash, Apple Pay, Gift Cards, Debit Cards, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept personal checks.

For Your Comfort

Please feel free to request a male or female nail artist/cosmetologist.

Our salon and bar are smoke-free environment. This includes electronic cigarettes and vaporizers.

To maximize the comfort of all of our guests, we kindly request that mobile phones be on vibration/silent mode.

StopBy Nail Lounge is not responsible for lost/stolen gift cards and/or personal belongings and/or damage to personal articles (including clothing or accessories).

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, including safety concerns, medical concerns, and/or any other behavior that we feel is inappropriate. Maintaining a safe and friendly environment for our guests and staff are one of our top priorities.

Refreshments/ Beverages

All standard services include one complimentary glass of champagne, house wines, beer, and soft drinks. All complimentary alcoholic refreshment beverages are limited to one (1) drink per guest per visit. We do reserve the right to refuse alcohol to those who appear intoxicated.

No alcohol will be served to those under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
